| Abstract | |
At the outset I wish everyone to have good health and strength to combat the health disaster whole world is facing due to COVID-19. Let’s pray for all those patients affected from this pandemic. It feels immense pleasure to be able to publish all the pending issues of our Journal (JNDA). This release is also of a high significance, as it is being released in the pledge of World oral health day. Our Journal has been of great value for our fraternity, mainly the researchers and academicians, for sharing the recent and relevant health evidence and outcomes. We can also hope this journal can bring insight into the existing research trends and findings of Nepalese dentistry. As we all know we are already indexed in DRJI (Directory of Research Journal Indexing), google scholar and other minor journal indexing. In near future we are trying to be part of DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), NepMed, Index Copernicus, PubMed and many more. So that it would be able to authenticate and validate our articles even more. Although till now due to immense dedication and transparency by the editorial team, our authors are able to get recognized by the different universities within the country. But also great challenge and long way is to be covered by this JNDA to get corroborated and distinguished as one of the best journal in this globe. Which I believe we all should strive for. And it has always been a matter of great privilege and gratitude to be able to be a part of this journal. Although from very long time I had opportunity to serve this Journal as an editor. Now being in the Steering committee has added the pleasure and obligation for myself to push this journal to a new height broadening its prospects. Making the guideline and protocol for formulating the editorial team of this journal, which this steering committee has done as the first work after formation, might become a milestone for the journey of its future excellence. Lastly I also would like to take this opportunity to congratulate JNDA team and wish them for even better and timely publications in the future. And to all the members of NDA what I want to promulgate that the editorial team is doing a voluntary work for all of us and they need support and encouragement from all of us. Thank you.
